Chef de Partie – Events

The Role


As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the effective management of your section within a fast-paced, high-volume events environment. You will play a key role in delivering consistently high-quality food across a diverse range of events while working closely with Sous Chefs and the wider kitchen brigade.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and run your allocated section during preparation and service

  • Deliver consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control

  • Prepare and execute menus for events ranging from intimate functions to large-scale services

  • Work efficiently to meet tight event timelines and service schedules

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety

  • Follow and uphold HACCP, food safety, and WHS requirements

  • Support junior team members and contribute positively to team culture...
