Position Overview:

The Chef de Partie (CDP) is responsible for independently managing a primary section of the Galley with minimal supervision. This pivotal role is fully supported by Middle Management across all areas. Acting as the key link between Galley Management and the junior positions within the Galley operation, the CDP must possess comprehensive knowledge of all sections in both the hot and cold kitchens.
