Reporting to the Sous Chef and working closely with our kitchen leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our Food & Beverage Operation including Meribella Restaurant & Bar, Terrigal Beach House, In-Room Dining and Conference & Events or our Terrigal Beach House Venuep>

The kitchen team will deliver innovative and guest focused menus, on seasonal rotation, across the hotels Restaurant & Bar, Crowne Meetings Operation, and Room Service.

We are looking for both full time and part time colleagues.

What we need from you:
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • You will have worked in kitchens or hospitality with current trade qualifications and at least two years as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi.
