The role involves preparing, plating, and presenting a variety of cold dishes including salads, appetizers, and sandwiches, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, freshness, and food safety. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of cold kitchen operations, excellent knife skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. You will support the Sous Chef and ensure smooth daily operations, contributing to menu innovation and guest satisfaction.
