We are looking for an talented and passionate Fulltime Chef De Partie to join the PLG team at Grand Hotel in Frankston . You'll have the opportunity to manage a designated kitchen section, supervise junior staff, and assist the team with menu development.

The Grand Hotel is located in Frankston, the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula. Featuring a family friendly bistro, great service & a relaxed atmosphere, making it the perfect dining experience for all to enjoy.
