- Running your section like a pro
- Creating beautiful, high-quality plates
- Using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Mentoring junior chefs
- Keeping things spotless, fast, and flawless
What You Bring:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar
- Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
- Leadership and time management
