  • Running your section like a pro
  • Creating beautiful, high-quality plates
  • Using fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Mentoring junior chefs
  • Keeping things spotless, fast, and flawless

What You Bring:

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar
  • Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
  • Leadership and time management
