Dakota Hotel based in Glasgow city centre are seeking a skilled Chef
and hardworking individual to join our Kitchen Team in the role of Chef de
Partie.
CONTRACT AND PAY RATE
Earnings are up to £14.90 per hour, paid weekly equating to a minimum gross annual salary of £31,000 (inclusive of the anticipated tronc payment).
The role carries a permanent contract of a minimum of 40 hours per week, working any 4 days out of 7 including
working weekends.
PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be confident in working a busy service and be able to run at least two different sections within the kitchen.
