**Chef de Partie**
Are you a skilled culinary professional with a passion for consistency and quality? We are looking for a **Chef de Partie** who will take ownership of a kitchen section and deliver exceptional dishes while supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

**A little taste of your day-to-day:**
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

+ Managing and running an assigned kitchen section efficiently during service.
+ Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to recipes and brand standards.
+ Supporting the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
+ Supervising and guiding Commis Chefs to ensure quality, discipline, and teamwork.
+ Ensuring proper food preparation, portion control, and minimal wastage.
+ Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and **HACCP compliance** .
+ Monitoring stock levels and assisting with requisitions and inventory control.
