The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated sectionWork across a variety of international cuisines in a buffet-style settingEnsure all food hygiene and safety standards are maintainedAssist in stock control and kitchen organizationSupport the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchenTrain and mentor junior chefs, helping to maintain consistency and excellence What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchenPassion for cooking and a keen interest in multi-cuisine buffet-style serviceStrong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulationsAbility to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent teamwork and communication skills What We Offer
