Job Description

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section

  • Work across a variety of international cuisines in a buffet-style setting

  • Ensure all food hygiene and safety standards are maintained

  • Assist in stock control and kitchen organization

  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen

  • Train and mentor junior chefs, helping to maintain consistency and excellence
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen

  • Passion for cooking and a keen interest in multi-cuisine buffet-style service

  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
