Job Description
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in line with Crowne Plaza and IHG brand standards. You will support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cost control.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
+ Take full responsibility for the assigned kitchen section (e.g., hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, banquets, or specialty outlet).
+ Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to approved recipes, menus, and brand standards.
+ Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation at all times.
+ Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service operations.
