As our Chef de Partie with the Pastry Team, you will play an essential role in ensuring a section of the kitchen is organised and operates efficiently and productively, as well as ensuring that all service and brand standards are met. Other duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with the executive pastry chef and the pastry team to supervise and support the daily pastry production and delivery of all related outlets to high standards expected, with creativity, passion and application of specialist skills.
  • Being a motivated Pastry chef with a positive attitude who also has an interest in progressing your culinary career and developing your skills working in a great like-minded environment.
