The Role

 
We are on the lookout for driven and passionate Chef de Parties’to join us.Reporting directly into the senior kitchen teamyou will be assisting inmaintaining and delivering high quality products and dishes across both stadiums.

You will get the opportunity to not only work alongside some of Merivale’s top talent you will also be working in a brand-new kitchen space with all new equipment. Our kitchen team collaborates with each other to deliver exceptional experiences across both venues in a variety of dedicated food spaces.

Have at least 1+ year in a CDP role within a restaurant, bistro, or casual dining

You will be focused on organisation, quality, and consistency.

Ideally you will have experience working in fast-paced high-volume venues
