Chef de Partie - The Mezz at Dublin Airport


Pay rate starts from €15.90 per hour, extra 25% per hour on unsociable hours (23:00 - 7:00). An additional 33% an hour on Sunday pay rate.

As a Chef De Partie you will work a variety of shifts between 00:00 am and 11:59 pm.


As a Chef de Partie you will be serving up a variety of tasty dishes. Including Thai dishes, which will be cooked fresh from woks. Have experience with this type of cuisine? Then this is the role for you!

Requirements:

  • Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

    • Please note that all successful candidates are required to provide references for the past 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check to comply with Airport Security Regulations, but don’t worry our team will be there to assist you during the process!


    If selected, we will immediately begin the process (it takes between 6-8 weeks) for your Dublin Airport ID Card.
    Please note that you can commence work only after receiving your ID Card, which grants access to Airside/CPSRA units.

    To be successful Chef de Partie with us you will:

  • Be competent, confident, and skilled Chef de Partie capable of running a kitchen section

  • Solid management experience 

  • Kitchen / hospitality experience is essential 

  • Proven track record of leading teams to success 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast

  • Great communication skills so you can lead and inspire a team and delight our guests
