If you have a passion for great Italian food and love the buzz of a fast-paced restaurant, this could be your role. We are looking for someone with the following experience and attributes:
2-3 years’ experience in restaurants, hotels or brasseriesA passion for casual Italian dining with experience across the kitchenWell presented, professional and calm under pressure, as you would be working in an open kitchenGood work ethic, attitude and communicationAble to manage a section and train junior chefsKnowledge of Italian cuisine and using a wood-fired oven is a bonus.
