The Role

If you have a passion for great Italian food and love the buzz of a fast-paced restaurant, this could be your role. We are looking for someone with the following experience and attributes:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in restaurants, hotels or brasseries

  • A passion for casual Italian dining with experience across the kitchen

  • Well presented, professional and calm under pressure, as you would be working in an open kitchen

  • Good work ethic, attitude and communication

  • Able to manage a section and train junior chefs

  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and using a wood-fired oven is a bonus.
