Job Description
A boutique country inn with rooms that serves 2 AA rosette level food is seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie to join the small team of four chefs. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be working with good quality, fresh seasonal ingredients sourced locally to create dishes for the fine dining menu as well as the traditional pub classics served in the bar. The property also caters for events and weddings and is a popular destination especially during the holiday seasons. As Chef de Partie you will have an input into the menu and this is a great opportunity to join a business that offers excellent employee benefits.
Requirements:
A hard working Chef de Partie who has a minimum 2 years working in fine dining kitchens is required for this role. Knowledge on a number of sections in the kitchen would be an advantage as you will be moving around the sections whilst receiving continuous training in the role.
