Chef de Partie

Ideally situated between St. Mary’s Church and the square, The Old Coffee Tavern is the perfect place to gather and enjoy local products from real ales and craft beers to meat cooked over the robata grill and the best Sunday Roast in Warwick. 

As a Chef de Partie you have a responsibility within the operation and key to the success of the business and
thus must always carry yourself in a professional manner. 

Your tasks will include (but are not necessarily
limited to):

•  Running your allocated area of the kitchen to the highest standard
• Supporting the head chef
  and sous chef in their daily tasks
• Be involved with the production and service of all food leaving the kitchen
  skill level permitting.
• Ensuring that the kitchen is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, accepting, and
  organizing deliveries.
