Trippas White Group (TWG) operates over 160 iconic venues, including Lee Ho Fook, Infinity by Mark Best, and the Sydney Opera House. We are now launching TJ’s Po Boy’s, a coastal Australian take on a Southern classic — and we’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the opening team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Day-to-day kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-quality venueWork closely with the Venue Manager to deliver service excellenceSupport menu development and seasonal specialsMaintain food safety, ordering, stock control, and cost management About You
