**Job Overview:**
IHG Hotels & Resorts are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Chef de Rang to ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests. The Chef de Rang will be responsible for managing a specific section of the restaurant, coordinating service with the kitchen, and ensuring that guests receive attentive and professional service. You will also oversee opening and closing duties, maintain high service standards, and contribute to the overall success of the Food & Beverage department.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform opening duties such as setting tables, polishing glasses, folding napkins, and ensuring mise en place is prepared for service.
+ Attend pre-shift and general meetings to update knowledge of daily specials, stock-related issues, and service procedures.
+ Welcome guests, present menus, and provide detailed information about dishes, making recommendations as needed....
