Chef - Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our commercial kitchen in Cambridge on a full time basis.

In this role, you'll be part of a skilled and passionate team preparing high-quality products for Hill Street customers across Tasmania. Our kitchen produces a wide range of meals, ready-to-eat dishes, packaged and fresh food lines, working closely with our pastry, smallgoods, and butchery operations onsite.

What you'll bring:

• Formal cookery qualifications or equivalent industry experience
• Proven experience in food preparation and production, ideally in a high-volume commercial kitchen
• Strong technical cooking skills, with a focus on quality, flavour, and consistency
• Attention to detail in presentation and portioning
• A love of working with food and people, with good communication skills
• Energy, initiative, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
