• Masterfully prepare dishes across Asian, Western, Fusion, Japanese and Chinese cuisines .
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all dishes are visually appealing, flavourful, and meet customer expectations.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and use feedback to elevate our offerings.
• Innovate new dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
• Manage food costing, minimize waste, and suggest cost-effective menu options.
• Uphold the high standards of our artisan cuisine by creating exceptional dishes and contributing to menu development.
• Able to provide food Costing and Menu
• Engage in the Creation of Fusion Menus
