Key Responsibilities
Plan and prepare menus based on cuisine requirements and customer preferences.
Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
Manage and train kitchen staff, including chefs and assistants.
Monitor food preparation, portion control, and waste management.
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (HACCP).
