Job Description
The Position
- Lead all kitchen operations for breakfast, crib & dinner service providing a buffet style service
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training of staff
- Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required
- Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
- Enhance workplace culture – display high levels of customer service, contribute ideas & be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
- Manage day to day operations of the site for your second week
The Person
- Previous leadership experience at Senior Chef or Catering Manager level
- Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery
- Ability to complete a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug screen
