Title: Chef Manager
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £36,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday - 7am to 4pm
Modern, fresh food café restaurant which is an innovative hub for students and office staff. The role will involve creating daily fresh food menus for breakfast and lunch, delivering hospitality for on site corporate clients, managing the finances, stock and health and safety of the business. The role will involve occasional evenings and weekends. There is a chef and KP already on site, 3 front of house staff and also supported by a wider team from the other buildings.
