Job Description

The Position

  • Plan, supervise and assist in the preparation of all onsite catering

  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation

  • Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training both FOH and BOH staff

  • Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required

  • Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
  • The Person

  • Previous leadership experience at Senior Chef or Catering Manager level 

  • Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery 

  • Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety

  • An intermediate level of commercial acumen & Proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead and mentor teams both back and front of house
