Lead all kitchen operations for breakfast, crib & dinner service providing a buffet style service Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentationResponsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training of staffEnsure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work requiredActively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHSEnhance workplace culture – display high levels of customer service, contribute ideas & be flexible to meet the needs of the business.Manage day to day operations of the site for your second week The Person
Previous leadership experience at Senior Chef or Catering Manager level Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery Ability to complete a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug screenStrong understanding of allergen management and food safetyExcellent communication & leadership skillsExcellent computer skillsStrong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead and mentor teams in all areas The Benefits
