Job Description

The Position

:
  • A La Carte restaurant service experience essential.

  • Daily operations of the Garden Restaurant kitchen providing high quality seated lunches.

  • Predominately lunch service with evening services as business requires.

  • 5 days out of 7, occasional weekends, flexibility required.

  • Ambition and support to make this a true destination restaurant.
  • The Person:

  • Certificate III Commercial Cookery or equivalent, with +2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Able to provide or obtain a current police check.

  • Pasta making experience desirable.

  • Mediterranean/Modern Australian food background desirable.

  • Comfortable working under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines.

  • Strong attention and respect for OH&S, Food Safety & HACCP regulations.
