The Position
:
A La Carte restaurant service experience essential.Daily operations of the Garden Restaurant kitchen providing high quality seated lunches.Predominately lunch service with evening services as business requires.5 days out of 7, occasional weekends, flexibility required.Ambition and support to make this a true destination restaurant. The Person:
Certificate III Commercial Cookery or equivalent, with +2 years of experience in a similar role.Able to provide or obtain a current police check.Pasta making experience desirable.Mediterranean/Modern Australian food background desirable.Comfortable working under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines.Strong attention and respect for OH&S, Food Safety & HACCP regulations.
