We are seeking talented full time Chefs with experience in a wide variety of cuisine for our modern, state of the art production facility based at Melbourne Airport. We cater thousands of freshly curated quality meals for a 'restaurant in the sky' experience daily for our domestic and international Airline customers, across Economy Business and First class.

What does a typical day look like?

You will be working in a busy, open plan kitchen preparing & cooking various international hot & cold meals in commercial quantities, for our customer Airlines. You will assist our Sous Chefs with planning and executing the daily and weekly schedule of flights to meet our delivery targets.
