Job Description
Experience: 2–5 years (Italian cuisine preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present authentic Italian dishes (pasta, pizza, risotto, sauces, etc.)
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation
- Plan menu items and assist with new Italian menu development
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and kitchen SOPs are followed
- Manage kitchen prep, inventory and reduce wastage
- Coordinate with the kitchen team during service hours
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Italian Chef or Continental Chef
- Strong knowledge of Italian ingredients, sauces and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good time management and teamwork skills
- Passion for food and attention to detail
