About the Role
To oversee and be accountable for the day-to-day kitchen operations ensuring the provision of safe, high quality catering services across all outlets. This will include the preparation and cooking of quality freshly cooked meals for our residents and their guests in our dining room, café, event spaces, and compliant with HACCP principles in accordance with current food standards and food safety supervisor obligations.
