Job Description
You love honest pub food done properly — fresh ingredients, solid technique, and plates that look as good as they taste. You know how to turn out a cracking Schnitty, Salt & Pepper Squid, and consistent crowd-pleasers, even when the docket rail is full.
This is a casual role offering 25+ hours per week, with evenings and weekends essential.
What you’ll bring:Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced pub or Western kitchen (essential)
Strong, modern cooking skills with an eye for presentation
Solid knowledge of food trends, quality ingredients, and classic pub execution
A calm, organised approach — even under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork with front-of-house
Strong understanding of food safety, allergen management, and WHS
