Mr L’s Restaurant & Bar is a vibrant and modern dining destination in South Yarra, Melbourne, offering a high-quality menu inspired by Mediterranean flavours. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and preparing creative seasonal menus using fresh ingredients

• Overseeing food preparation and presentation to maintain high quality standards

• Managing kitchen operations including stock control, food costs, and supplier orders

• Leading and training kitchen staff, including junior chefs

• Ensuring strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards

• Collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service

• Maintaining consistency in portion sizes, plating, and presentation
