About Us

Just under an hour from Adelaide, St Hugo is in the heart of the Barossa Valley, surrounded by rolling vineyards and the picturesque Barossa Ranges.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef to join our established team of 4, on a full time permanent basis. You’ll cook honest, ingredient‑led food with a tight‑knit brigade of four, learn from an established team, and help deliver unforgettable experiences in one of the region’s premier cellar‑door venues.
