Looking for individuals with 8+ years relevant chef and kitchen management experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to coordinate and manage a busy multi-kitchen operation.

  • Skilled in staff management and must be able to lead a kitchen brigade.
  • Experience in food cost, kitchen hygiene and administration.
  • Senior candidate with a hands-on management style and the ability to multi-task.
