Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations.
• Plan and coordinate menus; create dishes with a focus on quality and flavor.
• Ensure food is prepared on time and maintain hygienic practices in kitchen and restaurant areas.
• Manage and train kitchen staff; control food waste and inventory.
• Order supplies as necessary; troubleshoot problems that arise in the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a professional Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.
