The Salisbury Hotel is looking for an experienced Chef or Cook to work in our busy kitchen. We are searching for someone passionate about food and cooking honest pub grub. Someone who understands the importance of fresh and quality ingredients, cooking the perfect Schnitzel or Salt and Pepper Squid, and has flair and an eye for detail when plating up!
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with front-of-house staff are crucial. This casual role is available for 25+ hours per week, the successful applicant must be available evenings and weekends.
- Minimum three years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen with Western/Pub cuisine (essential)
- Modern, contemporary, and innovative culinary skills
