Tito's is looking for a strong Sous Chef or Senior Chef ready to take the next step into a Head Chef role. This is a great opportunity for someone who already understands how a kitchen runs and is now ready to lead a team, with support from management.

We are a friendly, well-established restaurant in Praia da Luz, specialising in Mediterranean cuisine, quality ingredients, and a positive working environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, with guidance and support as you grow fully into the role:

• Leading and organising the kitchen team
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Applying and maintaining HACCP and Portuguese food safety regulations
• Stock control, prep planning, and minimising waste
• Ensuring consistency and quality during service
