CHEF'S CHOICE CATERING EVENT COORDINATOR

Supervise catering servers and all contract labor for events. Serve as the main contact on site for the clients, ensuring that all expectations are met and/or exceeded. Set up and service off premise catering events. Orchestrate daily operation of warehouse, including coordination of incoming and outgoing deliveries, delivery of food and/or equipment, dishwashing and organization of all catering supplies within the warehouse.
