Prepare and deliver fresh, high-quality meals for college students and events.Lead daily kitchen operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.Mentor and support kitchen staff, fostering a positive, service-focused culture.Ensure full OH&S compliance, following safe work practices and food handling procedures.Manage stock levels and ordering to meet budget requirements.Support training and development of apprentices and junior chefsOpportunity to be a part of a school community with work life balance. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)Experience as a Chef or Sous ChefSkilled in bulk cooking with a strong focus on quality and presentationExcellent time management, attention to detail, and food safety knowledgeA team player who can also work independently
