Job Description

Social Media Growth

• Ensuring rapid growth in multi-channel social media accounts & team management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, & Twitter) for all five basic South Indian languages (Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, & Hindi).

Team managment

• Managing & improving the productivity of content creators, video editors, and lead-generating advertisers.

Paid Ad Management

• Overseeing multi-channel paid Meta & Google Ads teams to generate targeted quality leads within the budget.

SEO

• Driving SEO growth through effective strategies to generate organic leads.

Hiring & Team Buidling

• Recruiting & training freshers for roles in both social media (content creators & video editors) and paid advertisement platforms.

Influencer marketing

• Running successful influencer campaigns across all five language social media accounts (Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, & Hindi).

Marketing Strategy

• Optimizing current marketing strategies and creating new ones based on market analysis & sales goals.

This is not a basic role but a very high-level management position equivalent to CXO status

Job Qualification

• Basic editing skills in Premiere Pro & After Effects.
• Proven experience in growing YouTube and Instagram channels from 0 to a decent number of subscribers.
• Expertise in creating content for both short and long-format videos.
• Strong experience in lead generation through Meta Ads & Google Ads.
• Experience in writing blogs & articles.
• Proficiency in on-page SEO & off-page SEO.
• Expertise in marketing strategy development.
• Experience in running successful influencer campaigns.
• Confidence on camera and experience appearing in presentation-type promotional videos.
• Leadership experience in managing a marketing team.
• Ability to recruit and train freshers for any role.
• High fluency in English to manage other language teams.
• Basic experience in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for problem-solving in marketing.
