We are seeking a Chemical Engineer to perform all chemical process functions for chemical batching. The role involves troubleshooting batching issues, implementing corrective actions, and scaling up and commercializing new formulas. You will also validate manufacturing and quality processes, support production scaling, analyze production data, and participate in deviation management.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to troubleshoot batching issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external issues.
+ Scale up and follow commercialization processes of new and adjusted formulas, validating all manufacturing and quality processes.
+ Perform in-process batch adjustments and support production scaling to meet product specifications.
+ Analyze production and laboratory data to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
