Work closely with scientists on research projects. As a Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in performing samples preparation and sample testing while ensuring accurate analysis through various advanced techniques.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with scientists to support research projects.
+ Conduct precipitation tests by calculating and preparing dilutions, setting up reactions, and analyzing solutions using atomic absorption spectroscopy (AA).
+ Prepare and analyze samples through grinding ore, pressing pellets, performing gravimetric analysis, and running x-ray fluorescence (XRF).
+ Communicate effectively with scientists to understand tasks, explain results, and plan work schedules.
