Chemical Operator Apprentice

As a Chemical Operator Apprentice, you will be a part of a team which manufactures additives, specifically defoamer for paints, coating lubricants for paper, floor coating additive, crosslinker for paper, and agricultural additives that are used in pesticides and fertilizers!

You’ll begin the virtual Chemical Plant Operations academic online program at Augusta Technical College while working and learning in our Appleton, WI manufacturing site from some of the best in the business. During your time here we don’t want you to sweat the small stuff so BASF will cover the entire cost of your educational program, this includes tuition, books, and fees!
