Join our team as a Chemical Operator, where you will begin by learning processes and equipment at our Madison site. In late 2027, you will transition to our new Windsor location, equipped with state-of-the-art technology. This role involves producing active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and requires working with both manual and state-of-the-art equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Produce active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) in powder form.
  • Mix powders with oils to create a concentration (0.5%) for use in rodent traps at the Windsor location.
  • Operate 100-900 gallon reactors for multikilogram scale organic chemical synthesis.
  • Perform manual tasks such as hooking up hoses and conducting transfers.
  • Engage in chemical reactions using chemical reactors, focusing on organic chemistry.
