Job Responsibilities

• Lead the scientific maintenance and operation of electroplating production lines, including zinc shortened, copper, nickel, and electroless nickel plating.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex production issues to ensure process stability and quality.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain process flows, SOPs, and other technical documentation for assigned plating lines.
• Oversee plating chemical formulations, including preparation, regular treatment, analysis, and maintenance.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and production staff on process best practices.
