Travel: Up to % (Montreal region to Chicago).Role Overview:
  • Primary Focus: Equipment implementation (not method development or training).

  • Current Technologies: Mojani Fat, Mojani Moisture, Vacuum Oven.

  • New Technology: Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR) to replace current methods.

  • Troubleshooting: Intermediate to strong level required; will involve collaboration with IT and analytical chemists.

  • Work Style: Collaborative (not independent project leadership).

  • Team Structure: Approx. people (lab crew, supervisor, quality team, operations leads, technicians).

  • Languages: Must be proficient in French and English (verbal and written).
