Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing on samples to analyze the physical and chemical properties of substances
• Interpret test results based on established methods and standards
• Prepare reports on findings from laboratory tests
• Monitor laboratory safety procedures and quality control standards
• Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
• Support other chemists in their research activities and tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field required; Master’s degree is preferred
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Chemist or Laboratory Technician is desired but not required
• Knowledge of chemistry principles, theories, techniques, standards, etc.
