About the Company
We are a growing CDMO (Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization) specializing in Process Research & Development. Our focus is on developing scalable, cost-effective, and regulatory-compliant API processes for global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-step organic synthesis routes for semiconductor, intermediates, and novel organic compounds.
- Conduct literature search, reaction planning, and route scouting for efficient synthesis.
- Perform purification, isolation, and characterization of compounds using modern techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, GC, IR).
- Optimize reaction conditions for yield, purity, and scalability.
- Document experimental procedures, observations, and results in ELN/Lab notebooks as per GLP standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analytical, Process Development, QA/QC) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support technology transfer and scale-up activities for CDMO projects.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines during lab operations.
- Contribute to client projects by meeting timelines and delivering high-quality data.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry and reaction mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience in CRO/CDMO environments with exposure to client-driven projects.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques for compound characterization.
- Ability to troubleshoot synthetic challenges and propose alternate routes.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to work in fast-paced R&D setups.
