Job Title : Telesales Executive (Bearings) – Zoho CRM + Zoho Telephony Expert

Location: Chennai (Mannady Metro) , Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–4 years in telesales / inside sales (industrial products preferred)

Job Summary 

We are a leading industrial bearings company looking for high-energy Telesales Executives who can comfortably handle **150–200 outbounds calls per day** using **Zoho Telephony** (fully automated calling system). If you live inside Zoho CRM & Telephony and love smashing targets, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

- Make **150–200 outbound calls daily** using Zoho Telephony (click-to-call, power dialler, auto call logging & recording) 

- Generate & follow-up leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, WhatsApp etc. 

- Sell our complete range of bearings (Ball, Roller, Taper, Spherical, Pillow Block, Automotive & Industrial) 

- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs 

- Update every call, notes, quotation, follow-up & deal status in **Zoho CRM in real-time** (100% compliance mandatory) 

- Create & send quotations/proforma invoices from Zoho templates 

- Run email/SMS campaigns using Zoho Campaigns 

- Coordinate with warehouse & accounts for dispatch & payments

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

- 1–4 years telesales / inside sales experience (B2B/industrial products preferred) 

- **Minimum 6 months hands-on experience in Zoho CRM + Zoho Telephony/PhoneBridge** 

  (click-to-call, call pop-up, auto logging, call recording, reports, dashboards) 

- Excellent communication in English + Hindi (regional language = bonus) 

- Comfortable with very high call volume (150–200 calls/day) 

- Basic bearing knowledge or quick learning ability (full training provided)

- **₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month** (based on experience & last salary)
