Job Description

Shift: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

Wage: $22/hr

Employment Type: Permanent

Start Date: February 1st or ASAP

PPE Provided: Safety boots and winter jacket (gloves and knives provided)

Duties:

  • Cut, trim, debone, and portion chicken and seafood for manufacturing and wholesale.

  • Operate cutting equipment safely and efficiently, as required.

  • Inspect meat quality and report any inconsistencies or issues.

  • Work efficiently to meet daily quotas and timelines.

  • Skills & Requirements:

  • Comfortable working in cold environments.

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and safety.

  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
