About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) to join a leading electrical motor manufacturing organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead end-to-end sales, marketing, and business development, driving sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and brand leadership in the B2B electrical motors space.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute PAN-India sales, marketing, and business development strategy for Retail, Dealer, OEM, and Export markets
• Build and expand a strong dealer and distributor network, including policies on credit, collections, and coverage
• Drive brand positioning and differentiation within the electrical and industrial manufacturing sector
